Process Explorer question

Hi,

The new V1.8.5, Process explorer now opens recently used and most used icons by default. Is there a way for my favorites to open on top when PI opens  and Process Explorer is launched, the way it worked in 1.8.4? Did I miss a check box somewhere?

Hi Tom,

- Select EDIT > Global Preferences.

- On the Preferences window, select the Main Window / Startup section (it is the first one, hence selected by default).

- Uncheck the Expand recently... and Expand most... options.

- Check the Expand favorites... option.

- Click on Apply Global or press F6 to execute.


Let me know if this helps. However, if you give the new Process Explorer Recently Used and Most Used items a try, you may like them better than the classical Favorites list.

Thanks Juan, I must be blind not seeing the option on the first choice of global preferences. Thanks for the info. I will try both ways to see over long term which works best for me.
