Continued dark frame troubles

So - I posted about the problem I’m having with Pixinsight not taking the dark frames into account and Rob was very helpful. However, the problem remains. What is troubling me is the lack of response from the support email I was sent when I was approved for a trial license. No one answers or acknowledges my emails ?? Obviously, I am not going to buy a license with such service but would like to be sure I’ve covered all angles before I make a final decision.

I would like an answer from the developers if anyone has a different contact email I can use. Thank you.

Best to think of PI as a community and post your problems on here (giving as much information as possible and problem files where appropriate). Juan chips in when he can but most issues are solved by the combined Jedi mind power of the user base.

As always happens in these cases, we need a sample of files or a data set where the problem can be reproduced, along with a description of the steps necessary to reproduce it. If you can upload some data using Dropbox or a similar service, we'll be glad to inspect it to analyze the problem, time permitting.
