Can Local Normalization Fix This?

Hey Folks,

See the images below.  As you can see from the blue integration, I had something really funky going on during image acquisition.  The problem has been solved but I hate to waste 18 hours of data.  You can see from my finished image that I did what I could with the standard PI tools, which was way better than I ever hoped I would be able to do.  But does Local Normalization offer me another means of attack.  Obviously, each of the subs is not as bad as the blue integration and in some files, mostly from my green filter, the problem doesn't exist so I have a workable reference frame.  My question is, how should I go about trying?

Can you upload a copy of the linear image either full or half resolution. I looked at the Astrobin image and that is a bright fan pattern.
