Password Reset

I submitted a request to reset my password a week or so ago.  After a couple days of no response, I followed up with an email request through the website.  Several days later, after STILL not having received a reply, I again sent an email via the website.  Now, a day later, still no reply.

How can I get my password reset?

Hi Richard,

It looks like your email provider is blocking emails sent from our corporate email server (pixinsight.com). I assume you are using the password reset form:

https://pixinsight.com/dist/reset_password.html

If you don't receive our messages, you can only use our software distribution system to download installation packages, since the rest of services (password reset, generation of new activation codes, etc.) are automated procedures based on confirmation email messages.

Microsoft email services cause uncountable problems by rejecting legitimate emails, especially from small companies like us. I strongly recommend you provide us with a different email address (not on a MS email service), which we can associate with your license. As an example, free Gmail accounts have always worked and work perfectly with our licensing system. You can send me a private message on this forum, which I'll receive for sure. I'm going to write you also privately with the details of your user account.
