Hi

have requested a trial version 4 times, no response?

Want to be sure it will work on both apple and windows (on 2 computers) at the same time?

looking for solution

Trial version only works on one computer. Paid version works on an unlimited number of computers.

thank you for the response.

i appreciate the limitations of trial version( would expect some limitations for trial) but why no response from vendor?  4 requests over a month, no response in over a month?

Checked my email, it is working.

are they on an extended vacation?  only received a confirmation that an email will be sent with details and that was with the first request. have contacted support and to date nada, zilch, no response.

one question, this works as well whether on OS X or Windows 10?

Have you checked your 'spam' or 'junk' folders?

I've run both on MacOS and Windows 10. Works just as well on either OS.

have heard good things about this software, also warned about the learning curve

pretty sure i checked spam, i did receive one message that said if you don't receive another in whatever time go to this link, tried support email, nada???  just surprised no response, hopefully this wouldn't reflect on support once purchased?

will try purchasing and see if they respond.

ok, have purchased product

apparently i am unable to receive my set up / access code for license.

get a response sporadically.

They keep sending verification email which i do not receive.

Talk about frustration

anyone have any ideas.

Using Apple mac, live.com account, checked spam and have added Pleiades Astrophoto as contact.

It's hard to be certain, but perhaps the 'live.com' domain is blocking emails from pixinsight.com.
Have you tried an alternate email address?

Have you tried contacting Pleiades via their support page?

(maybe use an alternate email address on that form as well since the 'live.com' doesn't seem to be working).
