StarAlignment

Reason: No target images have been defined

Any idea what has caused this error to start coming up... no matter what I do. I'm shooting with an ASI1600MM Pro camera.

I have same problem but using an ASI 183mm. I think it is because of Ampglow, the star detector Module of star alignment shows more than 12000 stars, yes 12000. Also it shows no FWHM or Eccentricity. Something very wrong on My end I think.

btw amp glow shouldn't cause this. but hot pixels will. you can try increasing the noise reduction parameter under "Image Registration Parameters" (Lights tab) to see if this helps.

Well I figured it out on My end and now I have a great image with no amp glow.
I messed up by using flats that were calibrated with the wrong Gain! I made another set in the house with the right gain, using the right filter, and low and behold, I have a super image with no amp glow and around 523 stars which is about right. Glad I was able to figure this out, I hope you get the same result. Bruce
