Trying to get a reply from Pixinsight to confirm that I am able to receive my commercial license when I purchase it.

I have the trial version and have been learning how it works. Now I am ready to purchase a commercial license. I read the instructions and as per the instructions I used the Pixinsight contact form to check my email account with them. According to the instructions I should get a reply before I check the box that reads "Yes, I can receive email messages from pixinsight.com. I don't know if this takes a few days but I tried yesterday and did not receive any emails from them. I just tried again so I will check again tomorrow but I'm wondering what to do if I don't receive anything.

Hi,

If you have paid, then you should get an email detailing your loginname and password to login into the PixInsight website. Then you can download the latest version for your operating system.
