So i did not know where to turn on this but i think this is the right place, the thing is i uninstalled my version of pixinsight on my computer to install the newest 01.08.06 version, problem is that after installing the newest version it asked me for activation codes despite my pixinsight-licence being in my home folder (as it always has) i have double checked this and it's as if pixinsight does not detect the licence.
After this i just tried request activation codes but it did not accept my information as valid for some reason, i can however log into pixinsight and download the newest copy so it's not totally invalidated i just cannot activate it.
