There is a library that already does most of the work needed for this - https://lensfun.github.io/ (it's actively developed and maintained, and used by most FOSS photoediting software and some commercial to fix CA. There is also a python wrapper at https://github.com/letmaik/lensfunpy in case that's easier to use). What would basically be needed here is something where you can load the individual frames like in debayering f'rex, choose your lens and sensor (FF, Canon APS-C, Nikon APS-C etc) from a dropdown in case the metadata wasn't preserved somehow, and output the corrected individual frames.
