fixed Reuse last reference frames trivial description bug

PixInsight 1.9.3 Lockhart (x64) running on Windows 10.

Reproduce: Weighted Batch Preprocessing script, Lights tab, Local Normalization section. Mouseover the "Reuse last reference frames".

Current behaviour: The text ends with "reprocess the entire dataset./p>"

Expected behaviour: I suggest it is meant to end with a closed paragraph tag, i.e. "reprocess the entire dataset.</p>".

This does not affect functionality.

The Mac version displays the correct text.

Confirmed and fixed (it was indeed trivial). The fix will be included in the next 1.9.3 build, due for release in a few days. Thank you for reporting.
