Purchased Pixinsight License October 12

Hello PI Team

I purchased Pixinsight commercial license on October 12. However, as of now, I have not received any emails regarding activation of the license. and I am concerned when (and if) my purchase would get processed.

Noted: I checked my email. Nothing in spam folder. Also noted that a year ago when I signed up for trial, I have no problems receiving notification emails at noreply@pixinsight.com

I also emailed to support@pixinsight.com without receiving any replies. Would it be possible to know how to follow up on the license purchase?
