Processing dithered images

Just learning PI and using WBPP script.
I dithered via APT on IC 434.
Edge 11 @ F7, 1960mm FL
Lights: 34 @ 300s -10C Bin 2x2
Darks: 40 @ 300s -10C Bin 2x2
Flats: 40 @ .95 sec 20,000 ADU
DarkFlats: 40 @ .95 sec
I loaded Darkflats into Dark folder and also tried them in Bias folder. Didn't make any difference. Is there a correct folder for DarkFlats?

I process via WBPP
Blinked first to remove any suspect frames

Resulting master light looks like every dither position was recorded. Am I missing setting in WBPP?

it looks to me like the registration phase must have picked up on hot pixels rather than stars. you can try increasing the noise reduction parameter under the lights tab in the Image Registration section. you may also have to decrease Log(sensitivity) and Peak Response (right underneath the noise control) a little bit if your stars are soft. at such long focal lengths that's not unusual.
