Problem with PCC in 1.8.9-1

On Windows 10. I never had a problem running PCC before as long as it was able to plate solve the image. Since 1.8.9-1, sometimes PCC works and sometimes it doesn't. All images are ImageSolve'd correctly. When PCC doesn't work, I get the following error message. I get the first part of the error three times, once each for the R, G and B images then the overall error message at the end.
I can't see any pattern in what images it will work on and which ones it won't except that it mostly works on old integrations but rarely works on new ones I've developed with 1.8.9-1.

Any ideas?
