Pixinsight crashes windows (reboot)

Recently after updating Pixinsight when running large WBPP+Integration (1000+ subs) it tends to crash not only PixInsight, but also my computer so that windows reboots. Where can I gather crash diagnostic data to submit so that this can be diagnosed?

A regular application cannot cause a reboot, so this is not a problem caused by PixInsight, although PixInsight is exposing it. The most common cause of these problems is overheating. Defective RAM can also cause weird issues.
 
when this happens it's usually a hardware problem; PI puts real stress on the computer. you can try Prime95 or the Intel Power Gadget (be sure to turn on AVX in the intel power gadget though) to find out if your computer has problems under load. bad RAM is another culprit and although Prime95 might ferret that out, Memtest86+ is probably a better way to check.
