Optimal Debayer algorithm(s) for OSC cameras using multiband narrowband filters (e.g. like the Optolong L-eNhance filter)

you can do 3 and 4 with SplitCFA, albeit with no interpolation so it is equivalent to superpixel debayering.

Thanks, but it's exactly the additional interpolation I'm interested in ;)...

I wonder if I could get the interpolation through drizzle integration, without too much noise, if my stack is sufficiently large, and captured with dithering?

absolutely, we just had a thread here where that technique was employed successfully (and there was no dithering, the natural drift was enough for drizzle to work OK.)

anyway yes although it is not automatic you could always just go the normal flow (to get the interpolated/debayered images) and then make the bicolor channels at the end using the masters. OIII is just the sum of G and B and Ha is just R.
