Hi all,

This was a hard nebula to image. It is very dim. I think it needs more data; but who doesn't think that. LoL.
Let me know what you think.

I am surprised it’s so dim. I imaged this a while back with a 12” scope and less than 5 hours exposure and got a much brighter result. Is there perhaps a problem with the processing?

Geoff,
If I imaged this with my 12" it would most likely would be brighter, The 12" has more light gathering than the 80mm.
In the future I might try it with my 12".

Oh sorry. I saw 12”LX200 in your post and thought you were using a 12”;scope
