My APASS & GAIA star-Catalogs (under former version 1.8.8.7) had been put into a "private" subfolder of PI.
But while un-installing the former PI-Version, Windows ereased the whole PI-Folder.
So I had to re-download the whole set of Catalogs!
A hint in the Install-Guidelines might be helpfol to avoid this effort.
But now, every thing works fine. And I have to get accostumed!
