Hello, (text in Spanish after the English)
The Spanish version of "Mastering PixInsight" is now available! Only in digital format (the only printed version available is the original, English version), after announcing it on my Facebook page three days ago, we've already sent out over 100 copies "en español"!! (thank you!!)

Far from being a literal translation, the more than 700 pages were translated and adapted by Mar Merida (a Spanish teacher for English-speaking students, when she's not translating books about PixInsight), who did an incredible job... not easy at all, and a huge workload! ..after which I re-edited all translations to bring the language a bit closer to how I would express myself in Spanish. The price is the same as the digital version in English: 25 US$.
If the original, English version is the most complete and current written reference about processing with PixInsight and all its processes that exists today (I'm pretty sure it is, happy to stand corrected otherwise), now we can say the same thing, but in Spanish!! (and a few other languages are coming soon, too)
The PixInsight application is still 100% in English, but for those of us who speak Spanish, we can no longer say we don't have the most complete documentation about this software in our own language!

Lejos de ser una traducción literal, los textos fueron traducidos/adaptados por Mar Merida (que cuando no anda traduciendo libros sobre PixInsight es profesora de español a personas de habla inglesa), que hizo un trabajo increíble, nada fácil y una cantidad de trabajo enorme... y después nuevamente editados por mi para acercarlo un poco más a cómo me expreso yo en nuestro idioma. El precio es el mismo que la versión digital en inglés: 25 dólares USA.
Si la versión original en inglés es la referencia escrita más completa y actualizada que existe hoy sobre procesado con PixInsight y todos sus procesos (estoy seguro de que así es, sin pegas en cambiar esa frase si se demuestra lo contrario), esta versión es sin duda lo mismo... ¡de habla hispana!
El programa PixInsight sigue en inglés, pero ya no podremos decir que no tenemos la documentación más completa de este programa en nuestro idioma!
