Very nice photo. I am putting together a similar setup with a C8HD, Celestron OAG, and am curious about a couple of issues.
1. Are you able to image at native 2000mm setup without the reducer (back focus of 133.5 or so)?
2. Is the 120 mini guide cam adequate as it has such a small sensor.
3. I am using the ASIAir so this may not be the same but what are your guide settings for phd as far as Calibration step, max dec duration, max RA duration.
I have not been able to get any usable guiding or sharp images at 2000mm and have been very meticulous about my back focus.
My next step is to purchase a .7 reducer and possibly a 174 guide camera for larger star field guiding.
I also have a Starizona hyperstar V4 and get good guide and sharp images so I know my optics are good.
Appreciate your thoughts.
