LRGB Processing Workflow

I was following a YouTube tutorial on lRGB processing yet ran into some issues. After using the blink tool, I processed all my subs using Weight Batch Preprocessing. That went well. The video then directed me to crop each master before integrating them. I then followed the following steps:
a. Ran an ABE for each master using subtraction. Successful
b. Linear fit. Failed. Error: Incompatible image geometry
c. LRGB Conbination. Failed. Error; Incompatible source image geometry

I don't know what I did wrong as the video showed successful results, which I followed to the letter.

Is the above a proper workflow or does anyone have a better technique or workflow they'd be willing to share?

The video then directed me to crop each master before integrating them.

the crop needs to be 100% identical for all masters. did you save the crop from the first and apply it to the others?

alternately you could do the RGB combine and LRGB processing on the uncropped masters and then after its all put together, crop once.

I cropped each master individually so therein lays the problem since the crops were not identical. Thanks for the help. I'll go back and apply the first crop to the others.
