The 300s exposures are your Ha and O3 subs after calibration ie after flats correction and dark subtraction. The next steps are to register the files so they are all aligned to each other and then to integrate the Ha files together into a single image, and the same with the O3 files. To get WBPP to do this you needed to have ticked the Image Registration and Integration boxes ( see your 1.jpg). Adam Block has a good set of videos on using WBPP on YouTube which are worth watching.
