"Invalid or Empty File Name"

Can anyone please help me I am getting "Invalid or Empty File Name" when I try to open Pixinsight. It was working fine yesterday. Today I just get the message as soon as it tries to open. I have rebooted the computer a couple of times, I have tried to do a repair, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and yet I still the same message. Please help, I had planned on processing all day today.
 
LittleDevils, did you ever resolve this problem? I have it too, and have tried about all the things I can think of.
 
John, it is just a box with the header something like "error" and those words in the title, and nothing else. I think I got it working! I tracked down the license and deleted it...deleting PI left in the folder and new installations tried to use it. Then requested a new user code and license code and was then prompted to put that info in...never asked before. So it is up and running...at least for a while????
