Intel CPU bugfix seriously hurts swap performance in PixInsight

My Swap benchmark score dropped about 25%  :(

Anyone else seeing the same thing?

i dont have a before baseline... i guess PI is pretty i/o intensive though. the KAISER/KPTI patch probably hurts io performance a lot.

It seems that I have a ~21% drop too. My baseline result was obtained with PI ver. 01.08.04.1195; currently I use PI 01.08.05.1353
 
Yea I also have noticed that it takes a lot longer to integrate big datasets.  Its pretty disappointing, I went with a 5960x just to run big data in Pi.
