If I take luminance images with a asi533 mm and rgb images with my other asi533 mc pro to add the luminance images??

I am working with a duel telescope setup and was thinking on a mono asi533 mm to try this method.
I wanted to know if I take luminance images with one asi533 mm and rgb images with my other asi533 mc pro to add the luminance images, is this worth my effort.
I have two asi533mc pros now. I use pixinsight to process my data.

Any feedback or pictures would be appreciated.
