HVB Scripts are not being loaded/updated automatically in 1.88.5

Since upgrading to the latest version I am unable to add the HVB scripts. I tried both

https://www.skypixels.at/HVB_Repository/

and

http://www.skypixels.at/HVB_Repository/

options to no avail ?

I also tried both in Windows and Mac versions. Nothing helps.

Is this a pilot error ?

If you try the URL's in a browser you get a 403 error so it looks like the repo is broken

I am on PI version 1.8.8-5 and cannot download the HVB based on the url above. Is this because I am using windows 7 instead of windows 10?
