Hi,
An Elephant trunk nebula. I have been struggling with colors balance but managed to get result I am happy!
camera SX694 mono, baader Ha S, O filters. 12*10 min each filters
WOGT81 APO
Avalon M Uno mount.
As from my workflow:
batch preprocessing (darks and bias, I skip flats when I am in narrow bands),
DBE,
background neutralization,
color calibration,
histogram.
Some HDR at different level and darkstructureenhance script.
star mask and morphological transformation to reduce a bit the stars (1-2 pass)
Some saturation (maybe too much here),
Some noise reduction and further tuning histogram adjustments per channels to give final balance to my satisfaction.
