Dumb Question About Mosaic

I am doing a mosaic I think following the appropriate techniques using:

pixinsight create mosaic - Google Search

www.google.com

Staralignment then eventually gradient merge mosaic... but after putting the two together, after dnaLinearFix looks lousy... on L. The two original images are on the right.

The technical info on the images is at:

This has an image radius of 34 degrees and is with an HA filter on a Nikon D800.

Dumb I must be.....

did you try the MosaicByCoordinates script?

Thanks, does not work without the right FITS data in the files and these are from the Nikon. I think it must be something with the linear fit because the two images look so good separately..... suspect this script would have the same problems. I was thinking I could maybe stretch them both and then merge but that I do not think works either (nope). Maybe I can take the good stretched images and go back to some linear transformations that is the same for both images....
