define the status and characteristics of the new generated image windows

a series of options and parameters that determine how the new generated windows will be initially displayed

something like that:

size:
- same as the source image window
- fixed width: [800] height: [600]
- minimized, maximized ...

align:
- right, left, top, bottom of workspace
- right, left, top, bottom of source window
- above the source window

zoom and pan:
- zoom 1x, 2x, 4x,
- fit to image ...
- same as source window

Multiple windows generated:
- cascade
- mosaic
- one on top of the other

- Do not apply
- apply in auto mode
- same as source window

this would save a lot of repetitive actions
