Dead column suppress

Hi

I use PI release 1.8.8.9

I would like to suppress a column (dead or artefact) in 1 light frame
I tried to use cosmetics correction
After i tried to use scripts LinearDefectDetection and LinearPatternSupression
And i finally i tried to use the AIP script (Multichannel) DoubleDeadLine
None of these 3 methods seems not working

And finally i would like to know the colunm number but i don't know how to do

LDD and LPS really should work great on this type of artifact. can you post your fits file to a file hosting service like google drive and post the link here?

Hello

Inded i don't understand the problem and i've said i used various scripts or process without having a solution
For information the camera is a Moravian G4-16000 with external filter wheel
I get two frames , one with light filter and one with green filter and the problem is on the two frames
