Can't save files easily

Never had this problem before. I'm trying to save files and I get this (with no file written):

Writing file:
/Users/Mahesh/data/ccdastro/hotbox/nonlinear/ngc7000/star_mask.xisf

<* cancel *>

Giving it a kick by changing the format to BMP and then back to XISF allows it to save.

PixInsight Core 1.8.8-5 Ripley (x64)
MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Late 2013)
Catalina 10.15.5 (19F101)

This cannot be reproduced. This is a machine/configuration specific issue, not at all a bug in PixInsight.

Ok, FWIW I did check to see that I had plenty of disk space. I'll be doing some processing soon and see if it happens again and grab Console output if it does.
