Banding in Master Bias normal?

Hi all,

My master bias shows a lot of horizontal and vertical banding, please check the thumbnail. Is this normal?

I'm shooting with a Canon 750D. The master bias consists of around 150 stacked bias frames.

I have shot bias frames before with this camera. In my experience the more bias frames I use, the more obvious the banding gets.
