Automate processing multiple folders

With the eclipse, I have a set of folders (one every 2 minutes during the eclipse) with captures. I need to run Image Calibration, Debayer, and FFTRegistration to each folder.

To automate this can I use Image Container or do I need to write a script?

Any pointers would be helpful.
