Its a pity, the summary was very helpful.
Is it possible, to restore the link?

Best regards.

The strange thing is that if you go to http://pixinsight.com/doc/tools/ you get the error message, but if you try to access an individual tool by (for example) http://pixinsight.com/doc/tools/LocalHistogramEqualization/LocalHistogramEqualization.html you get to the documentation with no problem.  Note that this URL seems to be case sensitive to the tool name.

Previously going to http://pixinsight.com/doc/tools/  would list the contents of the directory. Apparently, Juan switched this off. I found it rather useful to see all those files..., so +1.

Until an new version is available, here is a capture of the directory from last year, a bit old now but it may be of help.

Notes for Win7:

- The compiler pidoc command in the script editor window may not work, use compiler in the script menu instead.

- If you get an error when running the command from the script menu, relaunch PI as an administrator.

- It places the results in a hard coded subdirectory of the PI install directory in the program files directory.

- You can copy the result directory elsewhere for archive or use, but be sure to also copy the side directory of styling files, which the result directory references.

- When you create a new pidoc file use a template file, the script editor gives you this option. The template includes required commands and it is easy to flesh out the contents with your own text.

- When you update embedded png's or jpg's, you may need to flush your browser's cache to see the updates in the html.
