Did you re-installed pixinsight?

My scripts are available here:
https://www.skypixels.at/pixinsight_scripts.html

DeLinear.js was updated today and is temporarily stored as:
http://skypixels.at/HVB_Repository/Test/DeLinear.zip

Dear friend,
that's good. The "bright star" at pixel coordinates 329, 141 is probably an infrared object named WISEA J182007.42-161830.6 .  Candidates for IrS are in general the Sun and the planets, certain stars, nebulae, and galaxies.
Thank you.

Please check imagesolver distortion correction and solve with higher magnitudes (16..17)

You may try MaskGen.js

General / Re: Emission Line Integration script failing
« on: 2020 January 16 01:06:42 »
EmissionLineIntegration was frequently tested under Win10.
If you want, check out CS.
CS subtracts the continuum from a narrowband image. Then you can add the resulting image on your broadband channel using PixelMath with an optional amplification factor.
I.e: subtract R from your Halpha and run PixelMath on R with $T * a. Start with a = 1.
All this is integrated in EmissionLineIntegration for 3 channels. Using CS, you can add more channels step by step.

Did you select XISF in the file dialog?

I can't present a ready solution for you, just one item in the mosiak of automation functions:

FileWatcher object

This allows you to write a 'sleeping script' waiting on file/directory events. I.e.: such script can monitor changes of files with follow up actions.

new installations will see the MaskGen-folder in /Temp or /tmp. That should solve the problem on non-windows systems.

Hi,

the error occured when I tried to create a new folder 'MaskGen' in the local path like:

  C:/Users/account/AppData/Local/MaskGen

The File object returns for the local temp folder:

  C:/Users/account/AppData/Local/Temp

The statements in question:

      parms.dataFolder =  File.fullPath( File.systemTempDirectory + '/../MaskGen');
      if (!File.directoryExists(parms.dataFolder))
      {
         File.createDirectory(parms.dataFolder);

This works with Windows.

Can anyone tell me, how the new relative path must be created in a Linux system?

Thanks in advance

New Scripts and Modules / MaskGen update
« on: 2019 December 20 09:50:06 »
Hi,

the todays update on MaskGen.js includes two changes:

- a new folder is used to organize data downloaded from Gaia. Interrupted downloads can be restarted when the computer and/or network is back.

- a little improvement should also cover elongated stars. Before using this feature, one must create a psf image with the PSFImage.js script

The script is available here:

   http://www.skypixels.at/pixinsight_scripts.html

as well as in my repository.

With master you mean linear images. Well, my script needs linear rgb and nb images. A starmask is optional.
