Is is that simple for you? Simple for me would be someone who runs a company and helps other people like star tools does for those who can't afford it. This old paradigm of money first people second is dying hard. I look forward to watching it die. Apparently the owner of the company is one of the cheapest people on earth as EVERYTHING goes on sale EXCEPT PIXINSIGHT. So him and his software must be brought down. I am happy it was hacked.  I laughed all day that day. This is principale for me. I would never give a company that is run cutthroat like this a dime of my money ever. Shame as it is good software.

I wonder if you went to work and you were not paid , you would soon shout about it , do not expect people to work for free
this Pi project is a source off income for Juan and must remain so or there will be no Pixinsight, so Please do us all a favour and keep your
ill conceived ideas to your self as there is no place for it here

Bug Reports / Re: Several problems

Hi

When running the BPP script and you have the image integration box checked the final image is never left open on the desktop ,

the final result is saved in  the  masters file .

it is only if you run the intergration process on its own will the image be left open on the desktop

Hi

If you are really stuck I would start with  "reset the settings " under the start menu  and your cache says its corrupted try deleting it

this can be done from the settings at the bottom of the image intergration module ( little spanner )

Hopefully this will get you going

Tutorials and Processing Examples / Re: Harry's video tutorials
« on: 2018 September 12 08:38:27 »
Hi

Most of the vids are mp4 and will play fine on a Mac no probs

But there are a couple that are wmv files which are not directley supported by macs , but do know there are free wmv players out there which will work fine

I did wmv files when I first started as they create small files , but found mp4 to be more comparable with more os. So I changed to these. ( yes those Mac people  >:D)

Hi,
I am having difficulty accessing your tutorials for newbies. After downloading and trying to open I get a message saying "Quick Time" can't open it. I am a Mac user (completely locked into their eco system and do not intend starting again with Windows equipment). Is there some other way I can open these video tutorials - which hopefully will not be too complicated.
Thanks in advance for any help/guidance.
David

Bug Reports / Re: Arcsinh stretch not showing after update
« on: 2017 October 16 02:34:49 »
Hi Juan

I am sure its a windows update thing causing a problem , but with security in mind I will not uninstall any windows updates etc

Just to let you know , I received the update and it installed just fine and was visible after the first restart after installation there seemed to be no problem .

it was only when I started PI up the next time had the process disappeared !!!!!!!!! and required manual installation
