Title: Unable to download trial

Can anyne please help.
I have been granted my trial licence. Log in and go to the downloads page. Selected he 64 bit windows version exe file. (correct for laptop).This is where the problem begins. It takes approx 5 minutes before a save file notice comes up. Try to save and it asks where to. No problem. Click save and nothing happens. So far tried this a few dozen times. Will not let you save as an alternative name. Any ideas please already down to 41 days of the trial????

Could it be a problem with antivirus or firewall?
Have you tried with another web browser?

Problem sorted. Firefox was the problem.
