Title: What the **** is happening here?
Post by: speach on 2018 December 08 16:08:55
Used my normal pre-processing and this is what came out at the other end. This has happened to all the stars except 4 of the brightest. With those stars I think the + and -0 are lost in the background brightness.

This is the result of outputting maps from Subframe Selector (the script version).
Correct?

Adam: there's a star detector script that creates a map like that.  It's used by FWHMEccentricity and probably the SubframeSelector script as well.

Speach: I think we'll need more details about what you did to explain what happened, but what you are looking at is an informational byproduct, not the final result.

We'll never know unless you can tell us what you did to create it  ;)
