Title: Tube Reflections

Hello everybody
I have annoying tube reflections on one of my last image sets. Target is M1 in Taurus. I took R,G,B and HII subs and the reflections showed up on every channel. So the cause is likely an insufficient baffling or otherwise missing anti-reflection measures.

Anyways - it is not my scope and I have only limited access to it. I would like to "rescue" the image and so I ask the community if anyone has an idea on how to fix this (except from clone-stamping, what I had already been doing for a previous version of the image).

A version of the image almoust processed to a final state:

Find the .XISF non-linear image to further process it.

You need a mask in the same shape as the artifact. This can be achieved with the SnipMask, a description can be found here and can be downloaded

@ Mike: Thank you for the tip. Sounds interresting. Tha ability to create a mask shape in a defined manner can be of real help. Will have to recall the math from my old brain. How to get the center point of a circular arc given by three points?  ;)
