Please help me! I get a message. ...invalid image geometry when trying to calibrate my osc dslr lights. Lights are 28x300sec iso 400. Masterdark is composed of 30x300sec iso 400. Masterbias is composed of 30x1/4000 at iso 400. Some lights will make it through, most wont. Please help.

Sounds like your images may not all be of the same size (number of pixels in X and Y). Perhaps you cropped some and not others? Or maybe some are debayered and others not? Or maybe different debayering was used on different images?
One way to check image size (probably there's an easier one) is, under Image>new click "set as active image" and the pixel dimensions will appear.
Are all the images color? I don't think PI takes kindly to darks/flats that are grayscale operating on images that are color.
Hope that helps.

Alex

Thanks for replying.  The images are straight out of backyard eos.  I guess they are already debayered. They're all the same size as far as I know. They were shot consecutively using same camera. The bias and darks have not been modified in anyway. Neither has the lights. I took the lights lastnight and took them from folder on computer straight to image calibration process in pixinsight.  The darks and bias masters are the 3rd round of masters that ive made due to this problem. Each time I produce the masters, I get this problem with seemingly random results on random lights in the dataset. And ive tried multiple 300sec iso 400 datasets. Ive also tried to calibrate with just the masterdark and just the masterbias with no changes.

you probably need to set the DSLR_RAW module to "pure raw" (in the format explorer, double click DSLR_RAW).

what's likely happening is the camera was set to write the camera orientation to the CR2 files. as the telescope tracks the camera goes from landscape to portrait mode. when not in "pure raw" mode DSLR_RAW may be reading this flag and changing the image geometry from WxH to HxW.
