Blue color in gray scale images

I am getting blue color in gray scale images. I don't know how to fix this.

The posted image is gray scale in the browser. How do I fix this effect?

Note the light blue highlight. What setting in PI or windows might cause this?

The screenshot is very small but I don't see the "light blue highlights" in the JPEG. My display is calibrated with a SpyderPro.

You should check the ColorManagement options and choose a good profile for your display.

Check the different in Hue between the screen shot from PI and the jpg file I saved then uploaded.

It displays a light blue color highlight in PI using my Windows installation.

My Linux PI ( dual boot) does not show this effect. So I suspect this is a setting in PI or windows.
This is not monitor calibration.


The 512KB is prevents from uploading bigger files.

You can still have a reasonably large size image if you save as a jpg and a reduced quality setting. Here is an example. This was saved at a 62 quality setting. If your not as concerned with detail this works well.

Andres was correct PI was using a bad monitor profile     I don't where this came from  i did calibrate it O:)
