The fact is that the tiles grouped in each .filtro correctly (6 per filter), once for each filter mosaic created, I align the images correctly, but using combination alignment seems LRGB fail .... the fact is that I position eg OIII channel mosaic above the HA and some areas do not match. For the union of a mosaic I use the following settings:
Registration model: 2D
RANSAC Tolerance: 8.0
Clamping threshold: 0.50
Pixel Interpoltion: Lanczos-5
I think one of the tiles of OIII and SII can be the problem .., as I had to dismiss several shots and left me only 5 shots. I have to say that OIII and SII are to bin2 and HA bin1, perhaps excessive noise on the tile that has few shots deceive Star Alignment, believing that the noise can be small stars ..
