Bug Report for BatchFormatConversion script module

My Config is Windows 8.1 64 bit Lenovo Z710

a) I tried to convert Canon EOS .CR2 (RGB) files formats to 32 bit floating point format ==> the result is black & white.

b) I tried to convert 32 bit floating point format to 16 bit Integer or 64 bit floating format. The error message is:
    BatchFormatConversion: FileFormatInstance.Get(): Internal Error. (Yes / No)

Hi remy, welcome to the forum.

BatchFormatConvertion script v1.3.1 has by default an input hint "raw cfa". This overwrite the DSLR_RAW settings that you may have and it is expected a bayer image (you will see it in black and white until it is debayer).

b) I tried to convert 32 bit floating point format to 16 bit Integer or 64 bit floating format. The error message is:
    BatchFormatConversion: FileFormatInstance.Get(): Internal Error. (Yes / No)

I can reproduce it.
A workaround. Open ImageContainer, load your images and generate an instance icon. Open SampleFormatConvertion Module, select 16 bit integer and generate an instance icon. Drag and drop one over other.

I was wondering if anyone else was having a similar problem, as I was just fixing to report it too. I could convert png to fit format, but on fit to fit or xisf to fit I get the Dialog box message FileFormatInstance.Get():Internal error, on both Linux and a Win 8.1 machine.
