I have uninstalled Pixinsight with a program called Revo Uninstaller, then re-loaded the latest program to no avail. What is odd is that I can save the files as Tiffs on my other computer.

PixInsight includes its own uninstaller program, which you should *always* use. You can also let Windows uninstall PixInsight (Control Panel > Programs and Features > Add or Remove Programs).
