Monitor Profile on dual monitor system
« on: 2015 January 20 06:48:00 »
Hi,

I'm running Pixinsight on a dual monitor system, set up such that I run PI on the non-primary monitor. When running Color Management Setup, the Monitor Profile is automatically set as the profile for the Primary monitor, and there is no UI option to override this.

Obivously, I could force the monitor for PI to be the primary, but for a variety of reasons this is inconvenient.

Ideally, it would be possible for the user to manually choose whatever Monitor Profile they like. In the meantime, is there any kind of workaround?

Thanks,
Michael Smith

I second the idea that future process window will follow PI's main window.  I use a laptop for data acquisition and always use a nicer external monitoring for processing.  It will make life a lot more easier.
