Hello
I purchased PI a long time ago and I have just built a new PC but when I went to install PI (from a recent download) it did not accept my license information.

Is there a particular method to this?

Do you have a copy of your license file from your old PC?  If so follow FAQ 2.6-2.8 here http://pixinsight.com/faq/index.html
