PCL Exception File I/O Errors

I've recently started getting PCL Exception File I/O Errors while using BPP.  The error states that the file is in use by another process.  There are no obvious programs running that would have these files in use (like photoshop, file transfers, etc.)  Sometimes I can just restart BPP and the error goes away.  Other times I just press OK and it skips the file and continues; however, not even that is working lately.  Any clues on who I can begin to find the root cause of this problem?  I'm running PI 1.08.03.1123.  I've completely un- and re-installed and it hasn't helped.  Otherwise, my system hasn't been changed.  I run PI on an i7 Intel with 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Nvidia GeForce GT 750 2GB.

I have seen such messages due to virus scanners. Can you disable your scanner for your PI work directory?

I believe this is being caused by a program I run in the background called CCleaner.  It's a utility for keeping your drive clean, fixing bad registry entries, temp files, etc. etc...
