Authentication Error

I am trying to reload my PixInsight onto a reformatted hard drive in the same computer I had it.    I still have my original email from PixInsight with my username/password/user identifier/activation code.  After I (re) download the correct version of PixInsight for my OS following the link in the email and then I copy and paste my user identifier and activation code (the correct activation code for my OS) I get a window that reads:  Authentication error.  The server says: 'INVALID AUTHORIZATION CODE'    -Yet all of this information was copy/pasted into the windows from my email.         I am running Mac OS 10.6.8 and I know the version of PixInsight for this platform is unsupported.   I would just like to get back to where I was before my computer crash - and then work on upgrading my OS since that is what caused the crash in the first place.     Thank you for any help!!

That was only needed for the original install. You just need to copy your licence to the root drive.

Besides FAQ 2.7, the preferred method is now FAQ 2.10 to reactivate a license. We implemented this automated system in January.
