Account recovery

Hi I am trying to get back to using pixinsight, my old computer HD died and an email account used to purchase the license long time ago is no longer active, how do I recover my license information to install it on the new computer ?

Can't help you with the immediate problem Alex, but can offer some advice. When you finally sort out the problem, keep a hard copy of the account info.

Thanks for both replies, but if admin stuff can provide some practical help I d appreciate it, as stated above I lost my account info so I cant even login to license link provided in FAQ 2.9 and 2.10......
