Preprocessing solar images
« on: 2014 November 24 06:53:37 »
Any suggestion on how to stack solar images?  I have used PI for lunar with success but can't seem to get SA to work since there is only one large star :)

There are examples on how to process solar but not the stacking.

See http://pixinsight.com/forum/index.php?topic=7766.msg51391#msg51391 . Its not yet there. The problem is that the current StarAlignment does not do a good job in finding features in a solar image that can be matched with each other.
