Unable to Print

My Dell running windows Vista is hooked up to a Epson R1800 and prints documents or images with other programs but does not print with PixI.  Once I have the Printer setup and color mgt enabled I hit print and I note two problems.  PixInsight scrolls thru the documentation to print and the printer window opens  FIrst I note a 8x11 page is specified even though I set the specs in PixI to 5x7.  Second the printer window progress bar goes about half way across indicating the document is being accepted.  However this seems to be the end of the process.  As the printer nedver goes on to print the image.

I know this is gonna be a hard one to solve:-((

I have the same problem! Aparently is't all OK, but de printer no make his job.

Jack and Daniel,

This is actually a bug. The printing work is done ok and the data is apparently sent to the printer, but nothing is printed. Of course this didn't happen in the many tests that I made before releasing version 1.2, so something strange occurred just before the release. I remember a successful printing test made just a few hours before the public release...

I am working on this problem and hope to get it fixed very soon. Sorry for the inconveniences!

Esto es realmente un bug. El trabajo de impresión se realiza bien y los datos aparentemente se envían a la impresora, pero no se imprime nada. Por supuesto esto no ocurría en las muchas pruebas que hice antes de publicar la versión 1.2, así que algo extraño ocurrió justo antes de la publicación. Recuerdo incluso un test de impresión correcto hecho unas pocas horas antes...
